Levy ‘to sack Postecoglou in days after unacceptable’ Tottenham scenes
Daniel Levy appears to have finally run out of patience with Ange Postecoglou at Tottenham.
Postecoglou still has the chance to make history by winning the UEFA Europa League at Tottenham.
The Lilywhites will welcome Bodø/Glimt to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Thursday (1 May) for the first leg of the Europa League semi-final, with the visitors provided some motivation ahead of the clash after a Spurs announcement.
Tottenham are big favourites going into this game. However, regardless of the outcome, it appears as though Levy has seen enough after a disastrous domestic campaign.

Tottenham blasted after ‘unacceptable’ performance v Liverpool
Even if Spurs win the Europa League, Levy is expected to sack Postecoglou.
Tottenham suffered a club-record-equaling 19th Premier League defeat of the season on Sunday (27 April) as they were thrashed 5-1 by Liverpool at Anfield.

And Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – was left disappointed by the nature of the performance, and expects Postecoglou to be sacked in weeks.
“I wasn’t expecting us to go to Anfield and win,” Wenham said.
“Some of the club’s most successful managers couldn’t win there. Therefore, I wasn’t expecting Postecoglou, who I expect to be sacked in a couple of weeks, to be the man to win at Anfield.
“However, the performance was completely unacceptable. I don’t see how that will instil confidence in the players ahead of the Europa League. We’re now going into this enormous game on Thursday off the back of a home defeat against Nottingham Forest and a thrashing at Anfield. It is poor preparation.”

Postecoglou and Tottenham must part ways
If Postecoglou leads Tottenham to Europa League success, he will instantly go down as the North London club’s most successful manager in decades.
However, that doesn’t mean the Australian should continue next season. Postecoglou has shown this year that he isn’t cut out for life in the Premier League, regardless of what happens in the Europa League.
As a result, whatever happens between now and the end of the season, it is time for Postecoglou and Tottenham to part ways.
