Guglielmo Vicario told best place to go already as Tottenham given replacement to sign
Tottenham could part ways with Guglielmo Vicario in the summer.
The Italian has been largely poor this campaign and has played a key role in a shocking spell at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
He kept hold of his number one shirt under Igor Tudor, but didn’t cover himself in glory in the 4-1 defeat against Arsenal on Sunday.
That has only amplified frustrations towards the 29-year-old while Spurs face the prospect of relegation from the Premier League.
Vicario has now been linked with a summer exit away from North London, and it seems as if an ideal replacement is already there to be signed.
Who should replace Guglielmo Vicario at Tottenham?
Reports have emerged suggesting that the ex-Empoli keeper could be on his way out of N17 imminently.
That won’t come as a surprise to anyone, with an overhaul mooted down Hotspur Way as the Lilywhites look to avoid a drop to the Championship.

If they can achieve their goal and remain in the Premier League, former scout Bryan King believes Dean Henderson could be an ideal replacement for Vicario.
He believes there is a clear destination for the current Spurs ace should he move on to be replaced by the Crystal Palace man.
Speaking exclusively to Tottenham News, King said: “I would look at Dean Henderson at Crystal Palace.
“If they remain in the Premier League, they could tempt him in from Crystal Palace, but that’s a big if.

“The best place for Vicario will be back in Italy if he is to move.
“He started brightly when Ange Postecoglou was there, and he always kept Tottenham in games.
“Now, he’s making mistakes, and he’s not helping them defensively while making everyone feel nervous.“
Dean Henderson could transform Tottenham
Crystal Palace are in a difficult place right now, with Oliver Glasner coming under increased scrutiny in recent weeks.
That uncertainty could open their best players up to summer departures, with Henderson certainly representing one of them.
The ex-Manchester United man was sensational at times last season and was certainly deserving of an FA Cup medal after his performances throughout the competition.
He is a commanding presence and, having taken up the captaincy of Palace recently, is exactly what the Lilywhites need right now.
Henderson would represent a step up compared to Vicario and would act as a perfect alternative if relegation is avoided.
