Daniel Levy blasted as Tottenham chief set for Spurs exit
Daniel Levy continues to come under fire amid a fresh Tottenham exit update.
Ange Postecoglou eased some of the pressure on him by leading Tottenham to the UEFA Europa League semi-final with a 1-0 win against Eintracht Frankfurt at Deutsche Bank Park on Thursday (17 April).
As a result, Postecoglou is expected to be afforded time by Levy.
However, this result is unlikely to have changed any feelings about the Tottenham chairman, who has received a lot of criticism this season, with Spurs supporters once again making their feelings clear ahead of kick-off in Germany on Thursday.

Levy blasted as senior figure set to exit Tottenham
It has been a difficult season for Tottenham, and Levy has been the man whom most supporters have aimed their frustration toward, with more Spurs protests expected between now and the end of the season.
Despite a positive Europa League campaign, Postecoglou’s side have been dismal in the Premier League, with injuries not helping. As a result, it looks as though one senior figure is set to pay the price.
Premier League 2024/25 | Position | Points |
Manchester United | 14th | 38 |
Tottenham | 15th | 37 |
Wolves | 16th | 35 |
West Ham | 17th | 35 |
As reported by the Mail Online (18 April), Scott Munn is expected to leave Tottenham.
Munn led the review into Spurs’ injury crisis during the 2023/24 season, which resulted in Geoff Scott being removed from his position.
However, ex-Spurs scout Bryan King – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – is more critical of Levy’s role in Spurs’ struggles.
“Munn has been as unsuccessful as the team,” King said.
“However, supporters aren’t interested in the chief football officer. Isn’t Levy the man calling all the shots and paying himself big money? Anyone who is on the kind of money Levy is on, why on earth does he want other people doing his job?
“Apparently, he is doing his job well, because he pays himself well. The main part of the football club which has been handled poorly has been the recruitment. The recruitment of players and the recruitment of staff. Isn’t Levy in charge of all of that?”
Munn is unlikely to be remembered fondly at Tottenham
Since he arrived at the club less than two years ago, Munn doesn’t seem to have achieved an awful lot at Tottenham, and after a difficult campaign, there were always likely to be changes this summer.
Therefore, it is no surprise that the chief football officer’s time in North London looks set to end prematurely.
