Pedro Porro increasingly likely to exit Tottenham amid Man City bombshell
Tottenham star Pedro Porro could leave after a new bombshell update from Premier League rivals Manchester City.
Pep Guardiola revealed that Kyle Walker wants to leave the defending champions following the 8-0 FA Cup thrashing of Salford City on 11 January. [Sky Sports]
That could have devastating implications for the Lilywhites with Tottenham News revealing City’s interest in the Spaniard on 4 January 2024.
Porro has been a key figure for Ange Postecoglou, starting in 17 of his 20 league appearances so far this campaign and losing him would be a brutal blow for the Australian.
History set to repeat itself for Tottenham?
The 34-year-old moved from Spurs to Manchester in 2017 for a £45 million initial fee and history could be set to repeat itself with Porro.
The 25-year-old has been on the books of Guardiola’s side previously, signing for the Citizens in 2019 but failing to break into the first-team and he moved to Sporting CP in 2022.
Spurs brought him to North London in January 2023 in a £39m deal and he has starred for the Lilywhites since that move.

Postecoglou will likely struggle to keep hold of the star defender if Walker leaves City but Spurs could benefit from a bidding war with Barcelona and Real Madrid also interested in the six-cap Spain international.
The form of Djed Spence, a natural right-back who has filled in at left-back in the place of the injured Destiny Udogie will ease concerns over potentially losing Porro but the former Sporting man is one of the best in his position in the league.
Losing Porro would be a devastating blow for Spurs but it is now a very real possibility after the latest development at City.
