Levy to greenlight £45m Kulusevski exit as new Tottenham transfer update emerges

Daniel Levy is often lauded for his ability to find brand-new streams and avenues to increase his wealth at Tottenham.

Spurs’ stadium is one of the best in the United Kingdom, possibly even the world, playing host to American Football matches and live music concerts, with amazing bars and even an underground racetrack.

There is one big problem with Levy’s ownership, however, with supporters beginning to protest against the lack of spending on the pitch ahead of recent Premier League home games.

Making money is clearly something that he is extremely talented at, but when it comes to spending similar funds on Ange Postecoglou’s team, that’s where the owner hits a brick wall.

Although Spurs have struggled to maintain any real form, with the January transfer window now open, plenty of the big stars are being linked with moves away this month.

Due to this, Levy could be distracted by pound signs rather than helping his team progress on the pitch.

Tottenham to sell Dejan Kulusevski with cheap alternative lined up?

According to MilanLive [31 December], Zlatan Ibrahimovic is keen on bringing Dejan Kulusevski to AC Milan in January, with the former Sweden international already opening talks.

The 24-year-old has notched five goals and four assists in the Premier League this season, attracting plenty of attention elsewhere, and it is understood that an offer of at least £41.5million would be needed.

Given Levy’s hunger to make a profit as owner of the Lilywhites, fans would likely not be surprised if he were to sanction an exit this month, but a replacement would be needed.

And according to Mundo Deportivo, Spurs have already made enquiries over signing Barcelona star Dani Olmo, with the player unable to be registered with the Blaugrana.

This suggests that Postecoglou’s side could sign the talented Spaniard on a free transfer, which the player might be willing to take if he cannot become part of Hansi Flick’s team.

Fans would likely be outraged with the decision to swap Kulusevski for Olmo, but would they be at all surprised if Levy were to greenlight the two deals?
