Iraola appointed, Justin Kluivert signs – Tottenham predicted lineup next season
Tottenham will have a huge summer ahead to ensure that they don’t replicate the failures of the current campaign.
As things stand, the Europa League is Tottenham’s only remaining chance of silverware this season, showcasing the regression that has occurred in North London.
One of the main driving forces behind that failure has been Ange Postecoglou, with it seeming almost inevitable that Daniel Levy will opt for a new manager well before the new campaign gets underway.
However, recruitment will be just as important for Spurs as Tottenham News predicts how they could lineup for the 2025/26 Premier League season.

Tottenham to appoint Andoni Iraola
The first of many changes for Tottenham this summer could be the appointment of Andoni Iraola, the current Bournemouth manager, who is the favourite to take over.
Postecoglou seems to be going further down in the estimations on North London, and his sacking feels almost inevitable, regardless of whether Spurs achieve success via the Europa League.
Guglielmo Vicario has barely put a foot wrong for Tottenham this season and should keep his place between the sticks next season with one new addition strengthening the defensive line in front of him.
Djed Spence has been one of the very few positives this campaign, and he may become the go-to preference at right back, potentially leaving questions over Pedro Porro.
Tottenham | Appearances | Tackles won | Duels won | Cross accuracy |
Djed Spence | 22 | 25 | 91 | 40% |
When fit, Micky Van De Ven and Cristian Romero excelled in the heart of defence together and providing that Tottenham can fight off any interest in the summer, it’s hard to see any changes being made there.
As for left back, Rayan Ait-Nouri could make the switch and become the starting figure, after it was reported Tottenham have made him the primary transfer target ahead of the summer [TheBoyHotspur].
In midfield, Archie Gray should be the first name on the teamsheet given his progress this season, partnering Pape Sarr, who started the season very well.

Tottenham to sign Justin Kluivert this summer
As for the attacking lineup, it may be boosted by the signing of Justin Kluivert, if Iraola is to be appointed. Kluivert has been internal to the current success at Bournemouth, and Iraola could bring his star player to North London with him to occupy the left-wing role.
In the 10 role, James Maddison should be utilised, with a spot on the right flank for Brennan Johnson if he can replicate the form that made headlines at the start of the campaign.
As for the striker position, Iraola may opt to stick with Dominic Solanke, though the need for attacking reinforcements as cover is evident.
