Ange Postecoglou must axe Radu Dragusin from the Tottenham starting XI - or it could cost him his job.

The Australian was under intense pressure before the UEFA Europa League clash with Rangers at Ibrox on Thursday 12 December.

Spurs were second-best for the majority of the contest and were lucky to escape with a 1-1 draw and Dragusin was arguably the worst player on the pitch.

Dejan Kulusevski dragged the team to a result but it is not good enough and will only increase the scrutiny on Postecoglou.

Dragusin woeful in Tottenham draw against Rangers

The Romania international was abysmal in the draw with Rangers and could cost Postecoglou his job in the Spurs dugout if Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero and Ben Davies do not return soon.

His sloppy distribution constantly put pressure on the Lilywhites' makeshift defence and he was lucky to escape picking up a second yellow card in a dismal display.

When he tried to expand play it was poor as he was accurate with just one of four attempted long passes, for a 25 per cent success rate and he made just four passes into the final third of the pitch. [Fotmob]

He was better defensively, the 22-year-old failed with the only tackle he attempted, made one block, three clearances, three interceptions and seven recoveries.

In terms of duels, he won just one of four on the ground for a 25 per cent success rate and three of six aerial duels for a 50 per cent success rate.

Daniel Levy should stick by Postecoglou, especially with injuries pilling up at the heart of the defence, forcing him to play Dragusin.
