5 Tottenham wonder kids to watch in 2025/26 - Moore, Vušković and more
Thomas Frank has an abundance of young players to choose from ahead of next season.
Part of Frank's appeal for Tottenham is his proven ability to identify and develop young talents, of which Spurs have many coming through their ranks.
The Dane has also been careful to employ Stuart Lewis as the First Team Academy Transition Coach, an inaugural role that reflects the 51-year-old's belief in Spurs' talent.
Here are five Tottenham wonderkids to look out for in the 2025/26 season:
Mikey Moore - Winger
There are huge hopes on Mikey Moore's shoulders after he made an exciting breakthrough to the first team last season.
The 17-year-old made 19 first-team appearances for the Lilywhites, including scoring his first senior goal for his boyhood club against IF Elfsborg in the UEFA Europa League group stages.
The tricky winger is known for his direct running and excellent dribbling skills, and would likely have featured more under Ange Postecoglou had he not contracted a long-term virus during the winter.
The England Under-19 captain is expected to have another promising campaign under Frank, with the Lilywhites excited to see more of his skills on full display.
Luka Vušković - Centre-back
Luka Vušković has finally arrived in North London after signing for Tottenham in September 2023 from Hajduk Split as a 16-year-old.
The talented defender spent last season on loan at Belgian side Westerlo, where he scored an impressive seven goals from centre-back, including an outrageous overhead kick against Club Brugge.
He made his senior debut for Croatia last month, having continued to develop at an incredible rate, while his physicality and maturity beyond his age will help him acclimatise to the Premier League.
Jamie Donley - Attacking Midfielder
Jamie Donley made his senior debut in Ange Postecoglou's first year in charge before joining Leyton Orient for the 2024/25 campaign.
He was a revelation for the O's, going on to make 51 appearances for the League One side, scoring eight goals and recording 11 assists as they reached the playoffs.
The 19-year-old attacking midfielder possesses exceptional ball-striking abilities, both in terms of passing and shooting, and has long been heralded in N17 as a top talent who just needs to be given first-team minutes.
Will Lankshear - Striker
Much like Moore, Will Lankshear opened his account for Spurs in the Europa League last season, this time against Galatasaray, before getting sent off in the second half.
The physically imposing 20-year-old centre-forward joined West Brom on loan for the second half of last season, but failed to make an impression at the Hawthorns.
However, he possesses many attributes that Frank is keen on, namely his ability to link up and his positional awareness in the box, and could well feature for the Dane next season.
Luca Williams-Barnett - Attacking Midfielder
The youngest on the list, Luca Williams-Barnett, has just formally joined the Under-18s squad after signing a two-year scholarship.
The 16-year-old blew youth coaches away last season as he registered 35 direct goal involvements from 30 appearances from midfield.
Three of those goals were long-range efforts which, mixed with his dribbling and passing abilities, make him the most exciting prospect at Spurs in his age range.
