Leeds United have made their mind up on signing Manor Solomon with Tottenham expected to demand £15million plus add-ons for the winger.

Solomon has spent the season on loan at Elland Road from Tottenham.

Despite his bright form in West Yorkshire, Ange Postecoglou's side are prepared to sell Solomon in the upcoming summer transfer window [GiveMeSport].

Several clubs are understood to be interested in the 24-year-old's services, which could lead to a bidding war for the Tottenham star.

However, Leeds' stance on making Solomon's stay permanent has now become clear.

Leeds make Solomon transfer decision as Tottenham eye sale

According to the Sunday Mirror (9 March, page 71), Leeds have informed Tottenham that they would be keen to sign Solomon permanelty as long as they are promoted to the Premier League this season.

As a result, ex-Spurs scout Bryan King - speaking exclusively to Tottenham News - has speculated how much the North London club could charge.

"Tottenham will want £15m for Solomon," King said.

"I think that would be a pretty good deal for Tottenham. As well as the £15m, Spurs could look to include add-ons in the transfer as well.

"Solomon has been given his chance at Leeds, he's proved that he's popular, and from being a nobody at Tottenham as such, he has become a star with Leeds."

Tottenham need to move on from Solomon

Solomon never really got much of a chance in North London.

The Israel international spent much of his first season with the club injured and was sent to Leeds at the beginning of this season. Therefore, some might argue that he hasn't been given the opportunity to showcase what he is capable of in a Spurs shirt.

However, the club already have several wingers playing their football in North London. As a result, if the option is there to offload one of them for around £15m, that would be a good bit of business.

Therefore, if Leeds do make such an offer for Solomon, Spurs would be wise to accept.
